Effective professors model and apply the National Educational Technology Standards for Students (NETS•S) as they style, implement, and assess learning experiences to engage students and improve learning; enrich professional practice; and provide positive versions for students, fellow workers, and the community. All teachers should meet the following standards and performance symptoms. Teachers: 1 ) Facilitate and encourage Student Learning and Creative imagination

Teachers employ their familiarity with subject matter, teaching and learning, and technology to help experiences that advance pupil learning, creative imagination, and advancement in both face-to-face and virtual environments. Teachers: a. promote, support, and unit creative and innovative considering and ingenuity b. participate students in exploring actual issues and solving traditional problems employing digital equipment and assets c. encourage student reflection using collaborative tools to reveal and clarify students' conceptual understanding and thinking, organizing, and innovative processes

g. model collaborative knowledge development by doing learning with students, fellow workers, and others in face-to-face and virtual environments

Design and Develop Digital-Age Learning Experiences and Assessments Educators design, develop, and examine authentic learning experiences and assessments adding contemporary tools and methods to maximize articles learning in context and develop the ability, skills, and attitudes recognized in the NETS•S.
